Voices in Your Head

Develop a great relationship with the voices in your head. We all have them, and they come from many places. What would it be like for those voices to be your supportive best friends? Next time your inner voice speaks, make sure it's on your team. If it isn’t uplifting and inspiring, stop for a moment and center yourself. Ask yourself where those limiting thoughts are coming from, and when you realize they are from something in your past that isn’t helping you, let them go. Change those words by speaking out loud what would be more helpful. Instead of “I am never going to get this done.” Change it to “I am doing the best I can.”
