The Blame Monster

Ready to lighten up today? Here’s something heavy you can let go of. Blame. Holding on to blame towards another person isn’t doing anything to them, but it’s keeping you from moving forward. It’s time to forgive. Let it go. Think about the people in your life, and notice if you have any feelings of blame toward anyone. If you do, forgive yourself for blaming them, then forgive them for whatever it is you feel they did. Sometimes it feels great to yell about it for a while, than laugh and let it go. Free yourself from the burden of blame.
